  1. Do you accept orders over the telephone?

    If you are unable to, or uncertain about, placing your order online then you are welcome to call our head office on: 01743 232229 Monday-Friday to arrange a purchase over the telephone.

  2. Can I use multiple discount codes or vouchers on purchases?

    We only allow the use of one discount code per transaction.

  3. I am having problems at checkout.

    If you cannot checkout double check your address and payment details. If you continue to have issues, contact us on: 01743 232229 Monday-Friday and we can take your order over the telephone.

  4. Can I amend or cancel an order once I've placed it?

    If you wish to amend or cancel an order, contact us directly on: 01743 232229 Monday-Friday.

  5. Where can I use my vouchers or discount codes?

    You can use any discount codes or vouchers both online and in store. When online, you will have the option to insert a voucher code at the checkout stage.

  6. I found an item in your shop but can't find it online?

    We currently operate an independent website which means that any stock we have in our shops may or may not also be on our website. Similarly, some stock on the website may not be available to buy at our shops.

  7. Is my personal information safely stored?

    Any personal information you input into the 'My Account' page or any payment details you input on world pay are stored securely. Please refer to our privacy policy for more specific details.
